How to Order a More Than Memories DVD

Ordering any More Than Memories DVD is simple. In just a few easy steps you could be on your way to owning the most wonderful personalised DVD you've ever had.

Step 1: Organise your Footage & Photos

Collect together all the photos you would like to include in your More Than Memories DVD.

If you would like our Editors to arrange the sequence of images, then proceed to Step 2.

Alternatively, you can arrange them yourself in the order you would like them to be viewed by numbering them, starting at 1.

Digital - We accept images in all forms of digital format, but the easiest way to keep them together is to burn all the images you want to use onto a CD (if you have CD burning software), otherwise we can take them directly off your portable storage device. When numbering digital files, simply rename the file with the appropriate number in the sequence. (eg: 97.jpg)

Paper - We accept paper based images of course, including newspaper clippings, however scanning charges will apply. To number these photos, use a pencil and write the number on the back of the photo in the bottom left hand corner (or as close to it as possible). Be careful not to press too hard with the pencil to avoid damage to the photo. Please note that all paper photos must be removed from albums first.

Video Footage - We accept Video footage in the following formats:
VHS, VHS-C, 8mm, Hi-8, Digital 8, Mini-DV, and AVI files. If you would like us to view your tapes to find appropriate clips we can , however video logging fees of $40/ hr will apply (eg. $120 for a 3 hour tape). To save yourself some money you can provide us with the timecodes for all the relevant clips you want included. Please note that due to the time limits on these packages not every clip may be included.
With the tape fully rewound and the counter at zero, search for the clips you want included and write a list of their beginning and end times. Attach this with your order. If sending multiple tapes, please make sure that each tape is clearly labeled or numbered.

Step 2: Fill Out the Order Form

Print out the form and fill out as much of the information as possible.

Step 3: Send Us Your Materials

Send us everything along with your completed order form. Simply Contact Us for details.

Step 4: Payment

When your order is complete we will send you an email requesting payment. Payments methods are as follows:

Direct Bank Deposit (details will be given in email)
Via credit card through Paymate (you do not need a Paymate account to make a payment)
Cheque (cheques will be cleared before order is shipped)
Money Order

All Prices are GST inclusive.

Step 5: Your new More Than Memories DVD

Once your payment has been recieved we will send your finished More Than Memories DVD and original items to you. If you would like to pick up your new DVD and materials yourself please Contact Us to arrange an appointment.

Turnaround time depends upon our current schedule at the time of submission, but should be no more than 14 days. We will email you if it looks like this time frame will not be achieved.
