How to Order a More Than Memories Video to DVD Conversion

Ordering any More Than Memories video conversion is simple. In just a few easy steps you could be on your way to preserving your favourite old tapes forever.

Step 1: Organise your video tapes

We can accept video tapes in VHS, VHS-S, 8mm, Hi-8, Digital8 and Mini DV.Collect together all the tapes you would like to convert to DVD.
If any editing of the tapes is required, or clips from multiple tapes is needed to be condensed to the one DVD, please call us first on 0400 849 569 to discuss your requirements.

Step 2: Fill Out the Order Form

Download the order form (in .pdf format).

*You must have Acrobat Reader to download. GET ACROBAT HERE

Print and fill out the order form and include as much extra information as possible. (eg. If the tape is of a birthday party or of a particular subject, please include the name of the person so we can include it correctly in titles etc) .

Step 3: Send Us Your Materials

Send us everything along with your completed order form. Simply post* your goods to the address below. Be sure to pack your goods adequately to avoid damage.

Step 4: Payment

When your order is complete we will send you an email invoice requesting payment. Payment methods are as follows:

Direct Bank Deposit (details will be given in email)
Via credit card through Paymate (you do not need a Paymate account to make a payment)
Cheque (cheques will be cleared before order is shipped)
Money Order

All Prices are GST inclusive.

Step 5: Enjoy Your new DVD

Once your payment has been recieved we will send your finished DVD and original items to you. If you would like to pick up your new DVD and materials yourself please Contact Us to arrange an appointment.

Turnaround time depends upon our current schedule at the time of submission, but should be no more than 14 days. We will email you if it looks like this time frame will not be achieved.
